Scanning Documents to Digital Files

We can scan any size paper up to 11x17 at no additional charge. We can also integrate your electronic files into your scanned database.

We can output your files as .pdf, .tif or blob files. Pdf are viewable through Adobe Acrobat's free reader program. Your files can also be viewed as .html, allowing you to alter copies using Microsoft Word. Blob files (binary large object files) provide the most security.

All files are compatible with both PC and Mac operating systems.

Ease of Use - The simplest search engine in the industry. You can search your files by any parameters you choose - no index fields required. It's as easy to use as any web-based search engine. All files are scanned using OCR (optical character recognition). Therefore, they can be searched by any word that is scanned.
